We are a unique property development and project management company based in Springwood, south of Brisbane.

ProPlan sources and purchases suitable sub-divisible land into saleable and useable building lots for on sale to individuals and/or builders for construction of residential dwellings.

We also reconfigure larger residential properties with or without existing dwellings into more marketable residential lots.
